先日イギリスで開催されたThe 2023 Dalemain World's Original Marmalade Awardsにて、you-ichiのジャム(マーマレード)「広島レモン&茶花茶」が金賞、「みかんカルダモン」が銀賞を受賞いたしました。
代表のサガワユーイチが現地で行なわれた授賞式に参加し、各国の受賞者達と喜びを分かち合いました。
マーマレードの本場で開催されるこのアワードには世界中の33カ国以上から何千もの応募があり、そんな中でこのように賞をいただけるのは大変名誉なことです。
審査に提出するマーマレードは販売用の商品ラベルを貼ってはいけないというルールがあり、パッケージのデザインなどに左右されず、単純にマーマレードそのものが審査されます。
you-ichiはこのアワードに2017年に初めてエントリーし、その年「甘酒ミルク&かぼす」と「みかんカルダモン」の2種のマーマレードが金賞を受賞いたしました。今回は6年ぶりのエントリーでしたが、また受賞することができスタッフ一同感激しています。
you-ichiはワクワクする食をデザインしていますが、それはパッケージなどのビジュアルだけではなく、味やその商品にまつわるストーリーも含めた、みなさんにワクワクしていただけるようなモノづくりコトづくりを目指しています。この度、その「味」の部分を評価していただけたことはとても励みになります。これからもより良いプロダクトを発信できるように研鑽してまいりますのでこれからのyou-ichiにもどうぞご期待ください！

We are very happy to announce that we won awards!
At the 2023 Dalemain World Marmalade Awards held in the UK recently, you-ichi's jams (marmalades) "Hiroshima Lemon & Tea Flower Tea" and "Mikan Cardamom" received Gold and Silver awards, respectively.
Yuichi Sagawa, president of you-ichi, attended the award ceremony held in UK and shared his joy with the winners from all over the world.
It is a great honor to receive this award in the home of marmalade, where thousands of entries are received from more than 33 countries around the world.
Marmalades submitted for judging are not allowed to have product labels for sale, and are judged simply on the marmalade itself, without regard to the design of the packaging.
you-ichi entered this award for the first time in 2017
In the same year, two types of marmalade, “Sake Lees Milk & Kabosu" and "Mikan Cardamom" won the Gold Award. This year was our first entry in 6 years, and we are thrilled to have won the award again.
you-ichi designs exciting food, not only in terms of visuals such as packaging, but also in terms of taste and the story behind the product, aiming to create products and services that excite everyone. It is very encouraging to have the "taste" of our products evaluated. We will continue to work hard to create even better products in the future, so please keep your eyes on you-ichi!
